Current research
Good sleep has many benefits including increased concentration, productivity and performance; positive emotions and increased enjoyment of social interactions; improved immune functioning and the reduction of many health risks. My research is designed to assess the role of psychological factors e.g., personality, attitude and beliefs in the maintenance of sleep quality. I am also interested in investigating the temporal association between these factors and sleep.
