About Mahara

Mahara is an e-portfolio that can be best described as a valuable learning and assessment tool. It is a collection of work illustrating efforts, progress, accomplishments, and details of future goals.

You can think of Mahara in various ways but a good analogy is that of a museum with a basement filled with artefacts that are combined in different collections with common themes in the exhibition space for visitors.
